As a production management expert, he has delivered award-winning titles while championing improvements to production processes and advocating for team members' well-being and professional growth.

Phil has also contributed as a designer and director on both original properties and iconic franchises, including God of War, Ratchet & Clank, Pac-Man, and Ace Combat. Notably, his first original game concept, Sigma Star Saga, will celebrate its 20th anniversary with a re-release in 2025.

  • Gaming: Not only does Phil make games, he loves playing them! He recently completed a Starfield playthrough, and is currently obsessed with Mechabellum while slowly playing through Red Dead Redemption 2 and going for dubs in Fortnite with friends and family. Phil also believes his Ultron deck in Marvel Snap will beat yours.
  • Cooking: Phil enjoys using his custom GPT, Chef McCheface, to learn how to cook using the random ingredients and appliances in his kitchen. He particularly enjoys discovering the variety of flavors possible cooking with chicken, and his kids believe he should start his own chocolate chip cookie business.
  • Cinema: In a previous life, Phil attended 3 years of film school and discovered he really enjoys video editing. He loves the contrast between games and film, and how they both strive to elicit a desired response from the consumer.
  • Cats: While enjoying the company of most pets, Phil has a soft spot for felines, having succumbed to their demands to become their most loyal servant.
